Book Titles & Background Complexity Cards
PowerPoint (.pptx)
Click on the links to open the "view only" files in Google Drive.
Make a copy for your own Google Drive: go to File and select Make a copy.
PowerPoints Files: Download PowerPoint files as a Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) file. Google Slides does not support the "Glow" or "Draw" features in PowerPoint. So, the "Glow"and "Draw" features used to highlight images and salient features will only appear after downloading to PowerPoint.
Final Formats: After you've made your own copy of the PowerPoint, you can use PowerPoint to individualize the books for your child.
Save as .pdf document
Print on cardstock, laminate and bind the .pdf file into a handheld book.
Convert to ePub to be opened in Apple Books. I use Abby Fine Reader to convert to ePub.
Add animations and audio to create and export as a movie (.mov or .mp4)

epub files for Apple Books:
*epub files only work with devices that support Apple Books (iMacs, iPhones, iPads)

Click on the blue download link to download an epub file that can be opened in Apple Books.
.mp4 Video files:
Click on the links to open the "view only" files in Google Drive.

Story Boxes:
Inspire the imagination and bring the books alive by making them into story boxes. Adding real objects for your child to explore tactually and visually while reading the story can help to teach the story concepts.
